General Information

Our portable axle scales are custom made in St Louis, MO, sold factory direct. Our scales are currently being used by many manufacturers of the heaviest excavating equipment to verify the axle rating of up to 100,000 lbs per axle. The construction and design will give many years of trouble free usage in harsh environments. Our portable axle scales are backed by a two year warranty.

Scale Height: Low Profile design 6″ overall height provides 1 3/4″ ground clearance
Load Cells: 25,000 & 40,000 pound capacity. Nickel plated IP-67.

Junction Boxes: Nema 4 rated. Tucked inside eye beams protected from truck traffic
Ramps: Detachable ramps 30″x 36″ with mounting tabs not needed for pit installation.

I-Beams: 4″ 13 pounds per foot
Capacity up to 120,000 pounds

Unassisted Operation


#1 Driver is instructed to Pull Up				#2 Display will stay at “Pull Up” until truck is in proper position

#3: When truck is in correct position display will show weight of front axle				#4: Driver will then be instructed to pull up again

Display will stay at “Pull Up” until truck is in proper position.				#6: When truck is in correct position display will show weight of rear axle

#7: Driver will then be instructed to pull up again				#8 After truck has left scale display will show vombined weight

#9: Ticket will then print				#10: Sample ticket
