Extreme Clean Bench Scale

Equipment used in highly sanitary conditions needs a strong defense against microscopic bacteria. Rice Lake’s BenchMark HE-X bench scale is designed to meet strict sanitary design principles, withstanding extreme washdown demands.

Built for highly sanitary environments, the BenchMark HE-X is made from 304 stainless steel. The frame is made from solid stainless steel plates connected with continuous welds. An IP69K hermetically sealed load cell is protected from production materials and washdown chemicals. The BenchMark HE-X open design and no exposed threads mean product and bacteria have nowhere to hide.

The BenchMark HE-X bench scale is easy to clean and won’t be pushed around during high-pressure washdown because of the heavy steel frame. This scale also has an easily removable cover, making it perfect for extreme sanitary environments.
